Illustration Terms of Service

General

Payment is through Paypal.

Please credit me visibly when posting or using the art.

Art is approved for personal use, including using as profile pictures or banners.

If you would like to use the work commercially (ex. as a stream avatar or for merchandise) please discuss beforehand. This will incur additional fees, starting at 50% of the original price.

Works may not be used for NFT, AI, or any purposes other than those agreed upon.

Revisions

For skeb-style projects, no revisions are available unless I've made a mistake in the character design.

For emotes, most revisions should be made during the sketch phase. There is a limit to revisions at my discretion.

Deadlines and Delivery

Skeb-style illustrations and emotes will be completed in 1-2 months. Rush orders (delivery within 1 month) will incur fees up to 50% of the original price.

Refunds

Refunds are not allowed after the work has been started. You may ask for a refund before work has begun.

Communication

Updates will be provided through Twitter or Discord, if provided in request form. Final product will be delivered through these messaging sites and in an email.

Vtuber Model Terms of Service

Pre-Project Policy

The client confirms that they are of legal age.
For rigging: the client confirms they have commercial usage rights of the model art provided to the Live2D rigger.
For rigging: the client must have completed model art with layer cutting approved by rigger.
1. If art is being done with an associated artist, a rigging slot may be reserved before model art is completed.
The client must raise any issues with the Terms of Service, delivery dates, or payment before the rigger begins working on the project.
If the client violates the Terms of Service, the artist may terminate the project and the grant of use rights under this TOS. If the artist does so, the artist is not required to refund any or all prepaid amounts if the artist has begun work on the project.

Payment

Payment is through Paypal invoices.
Payment plans may be instituted for projects costing more than USD$100.
1. The payment plan may be completed with a maximum of biweekly increments, with a minimum of USD$100 per payment.
2. The deadline for the model delivery will be after the payment plan has been completed.
3. The final model file will not be delivered until the payments are complete.
If the client cancels the project after the artist has begun work on the project, the artist is not required to issue a refund of any amounts already paid by the client. But no further payments need to be made by the client.
The artist will only terminate without offering a refund if the client violates TOS.
The client may not file a chargeback if work on the model has begun.

Delivery

For art: on delivery, client will receive a PSD of the model and a PNG of the model.
1. The client should check these files within a week of delivery, and inform artist of any issues during this time.
2. Major revisions should be requested during this week.
3. Small revisions to layer cutting can be made based on the model rigger's request.

For rigging: on delivery, client will receive a folder to import into Vtube Studio.
1. The folder will have all necessary movement files, with parameter and Vtube Studio set-up completed.
2. The client should check these files within a week of delivery, and inform rigger of any issues during this time.
3. Major revisions should be requested during this week.

Credits and Use Rights

Visible credit must be given to the artist/rigger on the page of client’s streaming platform.
The client is granted commercial rights for streaming and promotion.
Works must be credited to artist/rigger, and may not be used for NFT, AI, or any purposes other than those agreed upon.
